of specific products. AS&T seeks to acquire strategic
business relationships such as these to increase its presence
in existing markets and to expand its presence in new or
emerging markets.

granulation production industry which takes municipal sludge
waste and converts it into fertilizer compounds.
- Roadway dust control agents for application on non-improved
roads, roads under construction, loading areas, parking
areas and driveways.
- Industrial, municipal, turf and agricultural water treatment
amendments.
- Liquid fertilizer formulations for agricultural and turf
applications.
- Contract packaging and manufacturing of liquid fertilizers
and other products under private label.
- International sales of bulk and packaged liquid fertilizer
products.
